Hotel Naveen Lakeside

The location of the hotel is great. The property is located exactly on the bank of the lake. The view of the lake is awesome. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has an attached balcony as well. Some portion of the hotel was under construction during our visit. The food was good. The buffet spread was decent. Overall had a good stay

My 5 Star ratings to this Amazing Property . If you want Peace of mind , Spacious Rooms , Serenity , Garden then this is a must stay place . I just had a 1 night stay with an early morning checkin . Since the hotel is located adjoining the Unkal Lake , the calmness & the beauty is priceless. Also if you are a morning Person then you can take a walk around the lake & also do exercise in the garden area adjoining the restaurent The Breakfast option is too good with an excellant service from the FNB Team . The way the dishes were presented, I was impressed . The ceiling of the restaurent is not to be missed as it has been beautifully designed The room here is quite good with a balcony attached from where one can watch the Sunrise, Lake . I was lucky to see the Sunrise 🌅 from the balcony which was just wonderful . The Hotel has one more Branch in the same premises which is in the Budget category . Prices are much more reasonable but its a separate entity of the same Hotel. Will come back to have a longer stay till then good bye 👋

One of the best hotel & Restaurant... Most of the employee are very well Cooperative... Quality of food... Good hospitality.... Sanjeev das & ritwin really take care of each customers... One of the excellent hotel to stay.....

Checked in room no 321 on 13.07.23. On entering the room it smelled bad of humidity. The hotel staff opened the airconditioner in front of us. Never seen like this especially when the money had been paid in advance by the my travel agent. Went to restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were included in the tariff. The display of food was very sober and average. I took a bowel of Chinese soup. On asking for seasonings my wife was told by Mr Sandeep Das, the restaurant ***ager on duty ,that it will served on our table which was no. 11. Before leaving the counter I again asked about the seasonings. Mr Sandeep Das again reassured me about the same. I finished my soup and other snacks but the seasonings were never served. We were in total 3 couples and they were midway with their meals and not a single waiter came on our table. Nobody even served us water. Ultimately me and my wife had to go to Mr Das for favour of serving at least water on the table. We realised that since we were already paid clients and were entitled for. Buffet meal hence the whole staff including waiters were negligent about our table. Others who were having la carte food were being promptly attended and served. I think this is the best place to stay in Hubli. Rooms are clean and big. Food is also very good. Only challenge is you have to commute with some local traffic to reach there, particularly in the evening.

Washroom could have been better equipped n clean. Room service is slow need to call couple of times to get response. Breakfast buffet spread is good.

This property is right on the Bank of a Lake, lovely view, very spacious outdoors. Needs a bit of refreshing in the Rooms and the Bar. The Restaurant and the Staff here is good I have stayed in ***y 5/7 star hotels in the past but the Breakfast here is truly unique. Not just the Variety but very very Tasty and healthy. The glory of hotel naveen it had from 1990's till 2005 , it has gone to the dogs , The hotel is a disaster , it is now run by ***agement trainees from hotel ***agement , who are recruited at peanut prices and are not experienced . It is sad the owners have put so much money in the property and it is run by unprofessional team and ***agement It's heyday's are over Dennison is a much better and ***aged property

A very good hotel and nice ambience. The property is right opposite the lake and the view from the room is great. The hotel is very spacious as well. The breakfast menu has a variety dishes. 2 improvement areas are room service staff response and unlike other regular dining practise spoon/ fork/ knife was not on the table, not even a glass.
